The bill follows the team. On monthly billing, the difference is settled on your next invoice. On yearly billing, it's invoiced or credited straight away, so an editor added in March isn't billed next January.
Yes, from Invoices and payment in Team settings. Switching to yearly starts straight away; switching back to monthly waits until the year you've paid for ends.
An owner upgrades from Team settings, choosing who should edit. Cancel any time from Invoices and payment: Team runs until the end of the period you've paid for, then the team moves to Free. Everyone keeps their access and designs, but nobody new can become an editor until the team is back to one.
One editor is free, for good. Upgrade from Team settings whenever someone else needs to edit.
